Rental and transport conditions |
The authorisations and stocks are released by the competent administrations; possible costs which are not included in this estimate, caused by road works and/or refusals by the Bodies involved, which are not foreseen during the estimative phase, will be notified to you and quantified as soon as we become aware of.
INSURANCES
The goods entrusted to us for transport are exclusively covered by the carrier's insurance (law 450 of 28/08/85 therefore the limits of liability pending on us in case of accident are those foreseen by the same law).
