Autovictor has as its goal the maintenance and efficiency of the procedures drawn up to prevent the occurrence of service nonconformities, as well as environmental emergencies.
In particular, it aims to operate in a professional manner at every stage of service that has influence on the quality of final satisfaction, the surrounding environment as stipulated of the reference standards, and to bring this to the attention of customers with ample power of verification.
This is the context of the Corporate Policy, which, in addition to ensuring full compliance with current legislation and regulations in the field of service management, Autovictor has the following objectives.
Maintain updated and improve its Company System in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 14001 standards taken as a reference as well as the mandatory legislation.
Allocate adequate resources to achieve the planned objectives.
Develop human resources through the specialization of the technical and professional skills of its personnel, the assignment of responsibilities and authority at every level, and the realization of training/informative moments on specific topics pertaining to quality, the environment and health and safety.
Systematically verify the achievement of planned objectives by taking appropriate corrective action if they are not met.
Select suppliers by involving them in improving their performance so as to reduce the negative impacts that could spill over into the Company System, giving preference to those suppliers who have adopted a certified Quality and/or Environmental and/or Health and Safety management system.
Verify the best available and economically feasible technologies in order to improve the performance of the System, reduce inefficiencies, possible Customer dissatisfaction, environmental impacts produced and risks to the health and safety of operators.
React with high speed to changing market needs.
Systematically verify the achievement of planned objectives by taking appropriate corrective action if they are not met.
Maintain an effective system of communication with the Customer, the community and all personnel for the purpose of incorporating their needs by involving them regarding the continuous improvement process and the results achieved.
Improve the environmental impact on the community (water, air, soil and subsoil), related to the territory in which it operates, the use of energy resources, waste management by seeking solutions for the reduction of pollutant emissions and the consumption of energy resources with less environmental impact, the systematic maintenance of the means so as to verify and ensure the quality of them.
Assessing possible emergencies, defining appropriate intervention plans and implementation methods.
To protect the health and safety of workers through the reduction of risks related to work activities, exposure to hazards and in decreasing the likelihood of injury, while also ensuring the effectiveness of any responses to internal or external emergency situations.
Measurable objectives for Quality and Environment will be set and reviewed annually with reference to the principles set forth in this policy.
