Load Tests

Autovictor performs load tests on decks, foundation piles and overhead cranes using certified equipment and concrete block ballast systems with a capacity of up to 3,500 ton. These tests verify the structural and functional capacity of works and components, including bridges, precast beams, railway and steel decks, and industrial foundations. Load tests may be static or dynamic and are designed to safely simulate operating or overload conditions. Autovictor carries out these activities in compliance with current technical standards, using a range of testing methods:

• Load tests with ballast systems (concentrated or distributed weights)
• Reaction load tests
• Load tests with hydraulic jacks (push or pull configuration)
• Dynamic load tests with SPMTs
