The division is also highly specialized in the erection of precast structures, an area in which it relies on an extensive fleet of all-terrain cranes, crawler cranes, and telehandlers. Activities include the installation of prefabricated buildings for logistics, manufacturing, and office facilities, as well as the erection of bridges, viaducts, retaining walls, and cut-and-cover tunnels, both circular and rectangular in cross-section.

Another area of excellence is the use of synchronized hydraulic jacking systems. The Autovictor system, controlled by a PLC unit, is capable of simultaneously managing up to 24 lifting points, with a total lifting capacity of up to 5,500 tonnes. This technology allows the application of precisely controlled loads and perfectly synchronized movements, making it particularly effective for lifting, replacing, or positioning heavy structural elements when the use of cranes is either impractical or economically unfeasible.

The division further complements its service portfolio by performing static and dynamic load tests on bridges, precast structures, railway decks, steel structures, and industrial foundations. These tests are carried out in full compliance with applicable technical standards through a variety of methodologies, including the use of ballast weights, reaction systems, hydraulic jacks operating in compression or tension, and self-propelled modular transporters (SPMTs). This enables the accurate simulation of service conditions and the safe verification of structural behaviour under controlled loading scenarios.
