Civil
The installation of civil infrastructure requires a wide range of activities, encompassing engineering planning, advanced logistics, and the use of heavy lifting and specialized transport technologies.
The use of high-capacity mobile cranes, advanced lifting systems, and modular transport equipment such as SPMTs enables the challenges associated with heavy loads, complex environmental conditions, and tight project schedules to be effectively addressed. Autovictor is fully equipped to meet all these requirements.
Precast Structure Installation
In the field of precast installation, the primary objectives are to improve installation efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and ensure the highest quality standards.
The company specializes in the erection of large precast elements, including bridge and viaduct beams, artificial tunnel segments, industrial building structures, and retaining walls. Operations are carried out by highly specialized erection crews and in compliance with SOA certifications (OG3 Class II, OS12-A Class I, OS13 Class III, OS18-A Class II, OS23 Class II), ensuring precision, rapid execution, and full operational control.
Autovictor manages both the transportation and installation of precast elements through a dedicated fleet comprising telescopic and crawler cranes, as well as low-bed trailers and SPMTs for on-site transportation. Precast structures require extremely tight dimensional tolerances, as even minimal misalignments may compromise the integrity of the overall structure. Furthermore, many operations are performed in confined areas, requiring cranes with greater versatility and enhanced positioning accuracy.
The know-how and decades of experience of Autovictor's specialized erection teams, operating under the supervision of one of our site engineers, provide clients with a unique, reliable, and completely safe turnkey solution.
Infrastructure Installation
The installation of infrastructure structures encompasses a broad range of activities, including tunnels, barriers, roof beams, and support towers. In each project, Autovictor carefully assesses the challenges and risks associated with the operation, identifying the most suitable equipment for both transportation and lifting activities according to the dimensions and weight of the components involved.
For lifting and installation activities, Autovictor deploys all-terrain mobile cranes, crawler cranes, and, for lighter structures, aerial work platforms, always operated by experienced personnel who closely supervise every phase of the project.
A distinctive feature of these installations is that they frequently take place in confined spaces and urban environments, requiring the use of compact equipment and the execution of operations within very limited timeframes.
Bridge and Viaduct Installation
The complexity of bridge and viaduct installation is closely related to the geometry of the route and the need to position multiple spans on elevated piers. For the transportation of bridge sections, Autovictor provides SPMTs and specialized trailers configured to ensure load stability, even along routes with significant gradients.
Working on elevated piers or high structures with difficult access conditions requires the use of aerial work platforms and dedicated anchoring systems to ensure the safety of Autovictor personnel, together with heavy-duty cranes for the installation of the various sections or segments, which are often assembled and staged alongside the work area.
In many cases, the synchronized operation of multiple Autovictor cranes is required to handle and install large bridge spans, both in terms of weight and length.
