A new business division developed around two core areas: a Training Academy dedicated to the safe operation of equipment and machinery, and an HSE Consulting service focused on occupational health, safety, and environmental management.

In an Italian construction industry that still too often overlooks—regrettably—the fundamental importance of safety, Autovictor HSE Academy & Consulting represents an innovative and forward-looking initiative for those who believe in a more advanced and responsible working culture within the national construction sector. For the Piedmont region based heavy lifting specialist, this new and unique business division offers companies a comprehensive training school together with a full range of consultancy services in the key areas of occupational health, workplace safety, and environmental culture.

"Autovictor established this business unit because the need for training must necessarily go hand in hand with a greater awareness of responsible working practices," states Costanza Palermo, Communications Manager for the Novara-based company. "For years, we have invested significant resources in training, workplace safety, and environmental protection. Today, we have chosen to transfer this expertise to external organizations as well. To achieve this goal, rather than relying on external consultants, we preferred to bring highly qualified professionals directly into our organization and extend these consultancy services to a broad range of companies, even those operating outside the specific field of heavy lifting."

For many years, Autovictor has been accredited by the Piedmont Regional Authority to deliver training courses related to work equipment, including the entire range of mobile cranes, loader cranes, industrial forklifts, fixed and rotating telehandlers, and all categories of aerial work platforms for lifting personnel. These training programmes are delivered through a structured combination of theoretical instruction and practical exercises.

Since the end of 2023, this well-established training activity has been complemented by a dedicated HSE consulting service.

"The HSE consultant is an essential resource for achieving safety and environmental objectives while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and applicable legislation," confirms Architect Ada Colombo, HSE Manager and RSPP at Autovictor.

The HSE consultancy service addresses a broad spectrum of industries, ranging from the service sector to manufacturing and heavy industry, and from chemicals to fashion. As Ada Colombo further explains, "our role is to work alongside companies, supporting them in fulfilling their legal obligations while providing comprehensive consultancy services in workplace safety and training. In practice, we are able to offer qualified support to RSPPs and other professionals performing similar roles across a wide variety of business sectors."

The Autovictor Academy is also able to deliver a wide range of training courses, including employee safety training, supervisor training, management-level safety courses, working at height training, and confined space courses. Training programs can also be delivered directly at client facilities throughout Italy.
